What the service covers

This is a translation. The binding text of these terms is the Turkish version. If the two ever differ, the Turkish text prevails.

Influeer is a marketplace that brings businesses together with content creators. A creator publishes their profile like a listing, a brand sends a request with a message, and a chat opens with the request.

The fee for a deal is paid outside the app. Influeer does not take payments, does not hold funds in escrow and takes no commission. It is not responsible for the payment between the two sides.

Account and role

• Your role (brand or creator) is chosen when you sign up and cannot be changed.
• The owner of an account is responsible for the accuracy of its information.
• Accounts cannot be shared. Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility.

Credits and payment

• A brand spends 1 credit to send a request to a creator. One credit is added to the account at sign-up.
• Credits are bought through in-app purchase; payment goes through the App Store and the current price is shown there.
• Credits do not expire. Unused credits stay in the account.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Refund requests go to the App Store and follow Apple's refund policy. If Apple refunds a purchase, the credits granted by that purchase are removed from the account; if they have already been spent, only the remaining balance is removed and the balance never goes below zero.
• If the account is deleted or suspended, remaining credits cannot be used. A credit is a right to use the service, not a prepayment or stored money.
• The deal amount is not included in the credit; it is paid between the parties outside the app.

Pro membership (creators)

• Pro membership is optional and offered only to creators. Creating a profile, receiving requests and chatting are free; Pro only features you in Discover.
• Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment goes through the App Store, which shows the current price and period.
• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription is charged for the selected period.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You cancel and manage it in your App Store account settings. A cancelled subscription stays active until the period ends; no refund is given for the remaining time. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
• Featured profiles are shown in Discover with a yellow frame. Pro membership does not replace the verified badge and does not guarantee that you will receive requests.

Prohibited behaviour

• Declaring follower, engagement or past work figures in a misleading way.
• Impersonating someone else's identity, brand or content.
• Harassment, insults, threats and hate speech.
• Unsolicited bulk messages that push people off the platform.
• Uploading an edited image in order to mislead the verification process.

Enforcement

These are the actions we may take after a review, whether it starts from a report or on our own initiative. Every one of them is recorded with who applied it, when, and on what grounds:

• Sending a warning
• Removing the profile from discovery (the account stays open but does not appear in searches)
• Withdrawing the verified badge
• Suspending the account (the reason is shown to the user)

Limits of liability

Influeer does not guarantee the accuracy of the information users give each other and is not a party to the working relationship they form. A verified badge means a check was made on a particular date with a particular method. It is not a continuing guarantee.
