How does verification work?

There is one method, and the account owner starts it:

• Screenshot: you upload 1 to 3 screenshots of your profile page on the platform you choose; an admin compares them with the number you declared. The images are deleted 7 days after the decision.

The admin compares what they see with the declared number. If the number is different, the request does not have to be rejected. The admin can approve it by entering the correct number, and the badge then verifies that number.

How long does verification take?

Our team reviews each request by hand, and the result usually comes within one business day. If it takes longer, write to the address on the contact page.

What happens when I report someone?

A copy of the content at the moment of the report is saved, so the review can go ahead even if the content is deleted later. An admin reviews the report together with the history of the person reported.

If there are several open reports about the same person, they are shown together: one report and five reports are not equally serious.

Can admins read my messages?

No. The panel has no function that lists or reads chats. An admin can see a message only if it is the subject of a report, through the content copy attached to that report.

Why does my profile not show up in search?

There can be three reasons:

• You may have turned off your profile visibility yourself.
• The profile may have been removed from discovery by a moderation decision.
• If the number of reports about you passes the threshold, the profile is hidden automatically until the review is finished.

In the second and third cases you can ask for information through the contact channel.

Is the deal fee paid through the app?

No. The deal fee is paid between the two sides, outside the app. Influeer takes no share of that fee, holds no funds in escrow and charges no commission. Brand credits and the Pro and Ultra subscriptions are the app's own paid products and are bought through the App Store.
