Influeer

Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698). Last updated 1 November 2026.

Data controller

The data controller for the Influeer app and services under influeer.lol is Influeer (Istanbul, Türkiye). For any request about your personal data write to supportinflueer@gmail.com.

What we process

The data below is processed only to the extent needed to provide the service; the list is derived from the fields the system actually stores.

  • Identity and contact: name, e-mail, irreversible password hash.
  • Profile: photo, city and country, social media handles, follower and engagement figures, work areas, budget range, portfolio images. For brands: company name, sector, logo, website.
  • Verification: declared follower count, bio code and, if chosen, uploaded screenshots. For brand verification: company name, website and social media usernames.
  • Transactions and communication: applications, chat messages from sent applications, reviews, support tickets.
  • Promotion reward: the link to your post, the platform where you promoted Influeer, an optional short note (up to 300 characters) and the 1 to 3 screenshots you upload with your reward request.
  • System messages: official messages the Influeer team sends from the “Influeer” chat in the app, and whether each message has been read.
  • Profile views: the record created when a brand opens a creator's profile detail (which brand, which creator, the day and time). One record is kept per brand per creator per day.
  • Payments: credit and subscription (Pro, Ultra) purchase records via Apple; card details never reach Influeer.
  • Technical: session records, a summary of the one-time code sent at email sign-in and the number of attempts, device identifier, device and IP data, notification permission and device token, the two-letter region (country) code taken from the device settings at sign-up. The region code is not GPS or location data.
  • Usage data (only with explicit consent): screen views and taps for product analytics.

Purposes

  • Creating your account, verifying your identity and keeping your session secure.
  • Matching brands and creators: listing profiles, running applications and chats.
  • Reviewing declared information to grant the verified badge and the brand blue tick.
  • Recording credit purchases and the Pro and Ultra memberships.
  • Showing creators their profile statistics and which brands are interested in their profile.
  • Knowing which country an account was opened from before a profile exists (sign-up region code; used only internally, in the admin panel).
  • Handling reports, preventing abuse (including stopping accounts opened on the same device from applying to each other, and not counting invites from accounts opened on the same device or network) and meeting legal obligations.
  • Sending notifications about your account, such as applications, messages and verification results.
  • Reviewing the promotion reward request and, if it is approved, assigning a Pro or Ultra membership to your account.
  • Delivering official messages from the “Influeer” chat in the app and recording whether a message has been read.
  • With your consent, analysing usage data to improve the product.

Legal bases

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): account, profile, applications, chat, payments, reviewing promotion reward requests and assigning the reward, system messages from the Influeer team, profile view records and statistics.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): session and transaction logs, lawful requests.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): abuse prevention, moderation and security, knowing the account's sign-up country, filtering out fake proof or proof that belongs to someone else in the promotion reward.
  • Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): usage data for product analytics only. Optional, asked separately at sign-up and revocable at any time in Settings.

How data is collected

Automatically through the mobile app and the admin panel: the information you enter, the images you upload and the records created while you use the app.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only as far as the service requires:

  • The other party: what you publish on your profile is visible to brands in Discover within the free visibility period or with an active membership, and at any time to brands that have opened a chat with you; applications and messages are visible to the counterpart.
  • The creator whose profile you view: When you open a creator's profile with a brand account, that creator may see that you viewed it. Creators with an Ultra membership see the name, sector, country and city, and logo of the brand that viewed their profile, and when it viewed. Creators without an Ultra membership see only how many brands viewed their profile in the last 7 days, never which brands. Blocked or suspended accounts are not shown in the list.
  • The creator who invited you: if you joined with a creator's invite code, the code's owner sees a shortened form of your name (for example “Ahmet Y.”), your role, the date you joined and whether the invite counted. If you have not completed your profile, your name is not shown.
  • The Influeer team (promotion reward): only the Influeer team sees the link, note and screenshots you send, in the admin panel. Screenshots are opened for the administrator through a short-lived signed address. They are never shown to another user.
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, file storage (Cloudflare R2), e-mail (Resend), purchase validation (RevenueCat and Apple), push delivery (Apple Push, Expo). Their servers may be located abroad; transfers follow Article 9 of the Law.
  • Analytics (consent only): PostHog on servers in the European Union; name and e-mail are not sent.
  • Error reports: Sentry, on its servers in the European Union (Germany). Only the app's crash and error records are sent, together with device model, operating system and app version. Name, e-mail, IP address and message content are not sent.
  • Authorities: courts and public bodies when legally required.

Retention

  • Account and profile data until you delete your account; afterwards personal data is removed and the counterpart's chat history keeps a "Deleted user" placeholder.
  • Verification images are deleted 7 days after the decision.
  • The link, note and screenshots you submitted for the promotion reward, and the read records of the team's messages, are deleted when your account is deleted.
  • Report and moderation records are kept as the basis of decisions that can be appealed.
  • Sessions are revoked on logout, password change and suspension.

  • Learn whether your data is processed and request information.
  • Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly.
  • Know the third parties it is transferred to.
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
